DIES FACTORY

The die is considered the critical part of the extrusion process, requiring the essentials  of good die design  to improve operating efficiency.

  Continuous discussion of die design, manufacture and repair assist extruders and die makers in production quality extrusions. This led ARAL to install a plant of up to date technology both in regard to the design and the production of dies and tooling to the aluminum extrusion process.

  Besides fulfilling the requirements of ARAL for various dies and tools, the plant produces the dies required and ordered by our customers either in Jordan or abroad and able to produce dies commercially.
